The new site takes shape
First milestone of the pureliink.com rebuild — a skeleton that compiles, deploys, and applies the brand guidelines without altering them.
This article exists to check that the editorial chain works end to end: writing in MDX, schema validation at build time, one page generated per language, and the range colours picked up automatically.
What the skeleton includes
- Two languages genuinely linked to each other, with reciprocal
hreflang - The v3 brand colours, declared once as tokens
- Barlow served from the site itself, with no CDN request
- A performance budget checked on every build
What it does not include yet
The final logotype, the Aglet Sans accent typeface, and the migration of existing content. All three depend on assets still to be obtained.
Where the colour comes from
This article belongs to the Cool & Relax range. The rule under the title and the links in this paragraph take its colour without a single style rule written for it — the principle comes from the guidelines, not from the code.
